Meaning:
Everything belongs to God — the earth, its resources, and even our very lives. Stewardship begins with acknowledging God’s ownership.

Reflection Question:

📖 PART 2: We Are God’s Stewards

Key Bible Verse:
📖 1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)
"Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful."

Meaning:

📖 1 Peter 4:10 (KJV)
"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."

Meaning:
Managing your finances and resources wisely, and giving to God first, is an act of worship and stewardship.

Reflection:
👉 How do you plan to honor God with your allowance, savings, or resources in simple, practical ways?

📖 PART 6: Stewardship of Relationships

Key Bible Verse:
📖 Romans 12:18 (KJV)
"If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men."

    1. Knowing that God owns everything changes the way I treat my time, talents, and possessions by reminding me that they are entrusted to me for a purpose. It encourages me to be a good steward, using these resources to honor Him and bless others. I become more mindful of how I spend my time, utilizing my talents for His glory, and managing my possessions with gratitude and generosity.

    2. Three things God has entrusted me with right now are:
    -time
    -the ability to communicate effectively
    - A supportive family

    3. I usually spend my free time relaxing, watching videos, or hanging out with friends. To better honor God with it, I can use some of that time to volunteer, read inspiring books, or engage in activities that help others, thus aligning my leisure with values of kindness and service.

    4. One talent I can use this week to help someone is my ability to listen. I can offer a listening ear to a classmate who might be going through a tough time, providing support and encouragement.

    5. To honor God with my allowance, savings, or resources, I plan to budget wisely, save a portion for future needs, and give a part of it to support a cause or someone in need. Simple actions like this reflect gratitude for what I have and trust in God's provision.

    6. Someone I need to reconcile with is a friend I had a disagreement with. A step I can take is to reach out and apologize for my part in the conflict, opening the door for communication and healing.

    7. Simple actions I can start doing today to help protect the environment include reducing plastic use, recycling more, and conserving water. These small steps contribute to caring for God's creation and promoting sustainability.

    8. This week, I will:
    - Spend my time wisely by prioritizing tasks and setting aside time for prayer and reflection.
    - Use my talent of writing to encourage someone who needs support.
    - Manage my resources by budgeting and setting aside a portion for giving.

    1. Reflection Question:
👉 How does knowing that God owns everything change the way you treat your time, talents, and possessions?
    - Knowing that God owns everything reminds me that I’m just a caretaker of the time, talents, and things I have, so I need to stop wasting them and start using them with purpose, even when I feel overwhelmed.

    2. Activity:
✅ List three things God has entrusted you with right now (e.g., time, a skill, friendships).
    - God has entrusted me with:
    1. My ability to stay kind even when I’m stressed
    2. Opportunities to study and grow as a future teacher
    3. The support of my family and a few close friends

    3. Reflection:
👉 How do you usually spend your free time? How can you better honor God with it?
    - To be honest, most of my free time lately goes into quick naps, stress-eating, or mindlessly scrolling just to escape. But I know I can use even a small portion of it to pause, breathe, and spend time with God, maybe through a short prayer or reading a verse to reset. Or even just being present and encouraging someone who’s also having a tough time. That would honor Him more than just checking out.

    4. Activity:
✅ Identify one talent or ability you can use this week to help a classmate, your family, or your community.
    - I’ve realized I have a gift for making things simple and relatable, especially when it comes to lessons. So this week, I’ll offer to help a classmate prepare for their demo teaching or explain a confusing topic. It’s a small way to serve, but I know it could mean a lot.

    5. Reflection:
👉 How do you plan to honor God with your allowance, savings, or resources in simple, practical ways?
    - I don’t have much, and during finals, it feels like every peso goes to printing or snacks to stay awake, but I can still be intentional. I can treat a classmate to a snack when they’re low, help out at home without being asked, or even save a small portion for giving. Honoring God isn’t always about the amount; it’s about the heart behind how we use what we have.

    6. Activity:
✅ Think of someone you need to reconcile with or encourage this week. Write down a step you can take.
    - There’s a close friend of mine that I’ve unintentionally drifted away from because of stress and busyness. This week, I’ll take a few minutes to message them just to check in and say I’ve missed our conversations. I want to rebuild that connection, even slowly.

    7. Reflection:
👉 What simple actions can you start doing today to help protect the environment?
    - Honestly, it’s the basics. Bringing my own tumbler, reusing paper from my lesson plans, unplugging chargers when not in use, and being mindful about waste. These feel small, but I believe small, consistent actions can still honor God and care for His creation.

    8. 📌 Student Action Plan
    ✅ This week, I will:
    1. Spend my time wisely by setting a realistic schedule and avoiding last-minute cramming.
    2. Use my talent of simplifying lessons to help a classmate with their demo teaching.
    3. Manage my resources by budgeting carefully and using what I already have.
    4. Care for creation by using reusable items and minimizing waste in my school materials.
    5. Strengthen a relationship by reaching out to a friend I’ve been unintentionally distant from due to stress.

Honestly, I either catch up on sleep or scroll through my phone. I think I can honor God more by checking in on others and using that time to reflect or recharge intentionally. Even small changes, like reading a devotional or encouraging a friend, can make my downtime more meaningful.

    4. ✅ One talent or ability I can use this week to help someone:
I’m really good at organizing and planning, so I’ll help a classmate set up a study schedule for our upcoming exams. It’s a small way I can ease someone’s stress while also making the most of my own skills.

    5. 👉 How do you plan to honor God with your allowance, savings, or resources in simple, practical ways?
I’ll cut back on small, impulsive spending like buying random things I don't need and save up so I can donate to our church or help someone in need without hesitation. Even budgeting carefully feels like a way to be faithful with what I’ve been given.

    6. ✅ Someone I need to reconcile with or encourage this week + a step to take:
A close friend I haven’t talked to in a while—I’ll send a message and ask if we can catch up over coffee or a short call. I want to let them know I still care, even though life’s been hectic lately.

    7. 👉 What simple actions can you start doing today to help protect the environment?
I’ll bring my own water bottle and utensils, and avoid food deliveries that come with excessive plastic packaging. I also want to start sorting my trash properly, even if it takes more effort. Every little habit counts, and I want to be more responsible with how I live daily.

    8. 📌 Student Action Plan – This week, I will:
    • Spend my time wisely by setting quiet time with God even in my tight schedule
    • Use my talent of planning and organizing to serve someone
    • Manage my resources by being mindful of what I spend and setting aside a portion to give

    1. How does knowing that God owns everything change the way you treat your time, talents, and possessions?
-Knowing that God owns everything profoundly impacts how we treat our time, talents, and possessions. It shifts our perspective from one of ownership and control to one of stewardship. Instead of viewing these things as solely ours to use as we please, we recognize them as gifts entrusted to us by God, to be used for His glory and the benefit of others. Believing God owns everything fosters a life of gratitude, responsibility, and generosity. We become better stewards of all that we have been given, using our time, talents, and possessions to serve God and others, reflecting His love and grace in the world.

This could involve donating to their church, volunteering their time, or supporting organizations that align with their values.

    6. Think of someone you need to reconcile with or encourage this week. Write down a step you can take.

  15. Reflection Question
👉 How does knowing that God owns everything change the way you treat your time, talents, and possessions?
Recognizing that everything ultimately belongs to God changes the way I view my life. It helps me become more intentional and appreciative of the time I have, the abilities I've been given, and the material things in my care. It inspires me to be a better steward—using these blessings with gratitude, purpose, and a desire to honor God in all I do.

    Activity:
✅ List three things God has entrusted you with right now (e.g., time, a skill, friendships).
God has entrusted me with the time to live a meaningful life guided by purpose and integrity, the talents that allow me to express myself and make a difference, and the gift of life—to grow, enjoy, and serve others with love.

    Reflection:
👉 How do you usually spend your free time? How can you better honor God with it?
Honestly, I often spend my free time on things that don't really help me grow or reflect my values. Although I attend Sunday Mass regularly, I feel that I could still do more to show my devotion to God. I believe that using my time to pray, reflect, and do things that are productive and enriching will help me become a better version of myself and deepen my relationship with Him.

    ---

    Activity:
✅ Identify one talent or ability you can use this week to help a classmate, your family, or your community.
I’ve been blessed with the gift of performing especially singing and dancing. That’s why I joined the Performing Arts Club and the church choir. Through these, I hope to use my talents in a meaningful way, not only to bring joy to others but also to honor God through music and movement.

I believe that honoring God with my resources means using them to do good. These small acts of generosity reflect God’s love and remind me that what I have is meant to be shared.

    Activity:
✅ Think of someone you need to reconcile with or encourage this week. Write down a step you can take.
The person I need to encourage most right now is myself. I’ve been feeling stressed from demo teaching and all the deadlines piling up. I realize that giving myself a bit of motivation through positive self-talk, faith, and rest can help lighten the burden and give me the strength to keep moving forward.

    Reflection:
👉 *What simple actions can you start doing today to help protect the environment?
One easy way to start making a difference is by spreading environmental awareness on social media. Sharing facts and tips about how to care for our planet can inspire others to do the same. It’s a simple step, but it can have a powerful ripple effect in encouraging more people to take responsibility for our environment.

    📌 Student Action Plan
✅ This week, I will: start living my life to the fullest, to always be productive in every way and to make sure that everyday will be a step forward towards my purpose and goal in life. 3. Reflection:

    4. Activity:
✅ I realized that I genuinely enjoy helping those in need. Whenever I know someone needs a hand, I willingly offer mine—just like when I helped my friends prepare for their demo without expecting anything in return. Sometimes, a simple “How are you?” or an encouraging “Good luck, you’ve got this” can mean more than we realize.
