Welcoming the Coming Year of Acceleration and Multiplication

 Welcoming the Coming Year of
Acceleration and Multiplication

Key Text:

Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV)

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

1: ALIGN WITH GOD’S APPOINTED TIME (ACCELERATION BEGINS WITH ALIGNMENT)

Acceleration is not rushing ahead of God—it is moving in step with God.

Throughout Scripture, when God’s people aligned with His timing and purpose, things that once took years happened suddenly.

Key Scriptures:

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV)

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”

Amos 9:13 (KJV)

“…the plowman shall overtake the reaper…”

Truth to Declare:

  • What seemed delayed was not denied.

  • God accelerates when His people align with His will.

  • This church did not survive by accident—it was preserved for a season of increase.

📌 Application for the Church:

  • Re-align vision

  • Re-align values

  • Re-align obedience

2: POSITION FOR SUPERNATURAL MULTIPLICATION (GOD MULTIPLIES WHAT WE SURRENDER)

Multiplication in the Kingdom begins when what we have—though small—is placed in God’s hands.

Key Scriptures:

Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply…”

John 6:9–11 (KJV, excerpt)

“…five barley loaves, and two small fishes… Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed…”

Acts 6:7 (KJV)

“And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied…”

Truth to Declare:

  • God does not add—He multiplies

  • Multiplication follows:

    • Faithful stewardship

    • Unity

    • Obedience to the Word

📌 Application for the Church:

  • Multiply disciples, not just attendees

  • Multiply leaders, not just programs

  • Multiply life groups, not just services

3: MOVE FORWARD WITH FAITH AND EXPECTATION (ACCELERATION DEMANDS ACTION)

Acceleration requires movement. God moves when His people move in faith.

Key Scriptures:

Isaiah 54:2–3 (KJV)

“Enlarge the place of thy tent… spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left…”

Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)

“But without faith it is impossible to please him…”

Zechariah 4:6 (KJV)

“…Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.”

Truth to Declare:

  • New territory requires new faith

  • God accelerates those who step out

  • The future is not to be feared—it is to be entered with faith

📌 Application for the Church:

  • Expect greater impact

  • Expect faster harvest

  • Expect God to do more through the same obedience

CLOSING DECLARATION (You may lead the church):

“We welcome the coming year of acceleration and multiplication.
We align with God’s timing, we position ourselves for increase,
and we move forward in faith.
What God has promised, He will surely perform.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
