What are the requirements?

To apply to the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), you'll need to meet the following requirements:

General Requirements:

Application Fee: PHP 350 for Filipino citizens or USD 75 for non-Filipino citizens

For Freshmen:

High School/Senior High School Graduates: Scanned copies of Form 137 and Form 138 with date of graduation and school's dry seal

For Transfer Students:

Official Transcript of Records (OTR): Original copy indicating date cleared by the concerned UP units and a Permit to Transfer

For Graduate Programs:

Bachelor's Degree: Any field

Additional Requirements for Foreign Applicants:

Authenticated Scholastic Records: Duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant's country of origin or legal residence
