1. Grow Stronger in Christ — Spiritual Growth
“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” — 2 Peter 3:18
A strong man is not merely physically or financially strong; he is spiritually strong. A man who wants to lead his family must first allow Christ to lead him. Our prayer, Bible study, obedience, and fellowship with other believers are not optional—they are the foundation of our leadership.
Challenge: Men, let us become men who know Christ deeply, walk with Christ daily, and reflect Christ consistently.
2. Build Strong Families — Spiritual Leadership at Home
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” — Joshua 24:15
The first ministry God gives a man is often his own family. Our wives and children should not merely hear us talk about faith—they should see Christ in the way we live, love, forgive, serve, and lead.
A successful man is not only one who builds a career or business; he is one who helps build a godly household.
Challenge: Don't just provide for your family—disciple your family.
3. Expand Through Small Groups — Every Man a Disciple-Maker
“And the things that thou hast heard of me... the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” — 2 Timothy 2:2
Growth should never stop with us. What God puts into our lives must flow through our lives into others. Small groups give men an opportunity to pray together, study God's Word, encourage one another, solve real-life problems, and raise up new leaders.
The vision is simple:
One man → one small group → more men → more families → more disciples → greater Kingdom impact.
Closing Challenge
Men, let us grow UP in Christ, grow STRONG in our families, and grow OUT through discipleship.
Don't ask only, “How can I become a better Christian?”
Ask also, “Who is becoming stronger because I am following Christ?”
A growing man becomes a stronger husband and father.
A stronger family becomes a stronger church.
A stronger church becomes a multiplying Kingdom movement.
