II. Biblical Basis of Diligence
✅ 1. God Commands Us to Work Hard
📖 "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might." – Ecclesiastes 9:10
- God created work as a way for us to grow and contribute to society.
- Hard work develops character, discipline, and skills.
- Laziness leads to poverty and failure (Proverbs 10:4).
🔹 Lesson: Hard work is a way to honor God and prepare for the future.
✅ 2. Jesus as Our Example of Diligence
📖 "I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day." – John 9:4
- Jesus worked tirelessly in His ministry, healing, teaching, and serving.
- He never wasted time and was focused on doing God’s will.

- Hard work brings success and blessings.
- God honors those who are faithful in their responsibilities.

🔹 Lesson: When we work hard for God, we receive both earthly and eternal rewards.
